1. Introduction

Welcome to 333jil. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 333jil ("333jil," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 333jil website located at 333jil.net, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, associated applications, and all services, content, features, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the 333jil Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 333jil Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age mandated by Philippine law for participation in online casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 333jil or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform through a self-exclusion request or been permanently banned for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any government-issued exclusion list, anti-money laundering watchlist, or sanctions list applicable in the Philippines or your country of residence.

333jil reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Provision of false or misleading information during the registration process or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and services on 333jil, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the 333jil Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. 333jil employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any account identified as a duplicate will be closed immediately and any associated balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 333jil immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 333jil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

333jil is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance obligations. You must provide the following documents when requested:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months and showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the GCash wallet, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.

333jil reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

3.5 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 333jil reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱200 per month to dormant account balances after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached, subject to applicable Philippine regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fees being applied.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333jil accepts deposits via the following Philippine-friendly payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All peso deposits are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees applied by 333jil. Third-party payment processors may have their own fee structures, for which 333jil accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 333jil account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers and other payment methods may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. 333jil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

4.4 Currency

The 333jil Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 333jil payments team. For fully KYC-verified accounts, GCash withdrawals are typically processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per day and per week and are tiered according to your account's VIP level. Diamond-tier VIP members enjoy the highest withdrawal limits on the platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must have wagered your initial deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal of deposit funds is permitted (this requirement does not apply to bonus funds, which have separate wagering requirements).
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard.
• 333jil reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are conducted under AML obligations and will be completed as promptly as possible.

5.4 Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal cannot be completed due to an error with your nominated payment method (e.g., a closed bank account or deactivated GCash wallet), 333jil will credit the amount back to your 333jil account balance and contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. Any fees incurred as a result of a failed withdrawal due to player-provided incorrect payment details may be deducted from the returned amount.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by 333jil are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.

6.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live dealer games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement contributions. The specific contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the promotions section of the 333jil Platform.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

333jil maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same outcome); and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Once claimed, bonuses must be used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the 333jil Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate under the rules and pay tables established by those providers. By participating in any game on 333jil, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as presented within the game interface.

333jil strives to maintain uninterrupted access to all games; however, we do not guarantee that any specific game will be available at all times. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, provider updates, or technical issues beyond our control. 333jil accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of game unavailability.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round that prevents the correct settlement of a bet, 333jil reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts to the players' account balances. Winnings generated as a result of a verifiable system error or software malfunction will not be paid.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333jil Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, reporting to Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or assisting a minor to access the Platform.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software or system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform infrastructure to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction for an unlawful purpose.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of obfuscating your true geographic location to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication toward 333jil staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 333jil Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

333jil is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices for all Filipino players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress, relationship problems, or psychological harm. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 333jil account holder at no cost, accessible directly from your account dashboard without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 333jil account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is automatically suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a defined length of time.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up summaries of your net gaming activity during the current session, displayed at intervals of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 333jil Platform. Temporary exclusion periods range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely with no option to reopen. Self-exclusion takes effect at the authentication layer immediately upon request.

9.2 Age Verification

333jil requires all players to be at least 21 years of age — the minimum age required for online gambling under Philippine law. Age is verified as part of the KYC process. 10. Privacy & Data Protection

333jil collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

333jil implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centres, and access control protocols to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and 333jil cannot warrant the absolute security of information you transmit to us.

333jil will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, KYC verification partners) strictly to the extent necessary for the provision of the Platform's services, and subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 333jil Platform — including but not limited to the 333jil brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (to the extent not owned by third-party providers), and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 333jil or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 333jil.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 333jil, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Game interruptions, technical malfunctions, or delays caused by factors outside 333jil's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

In no event shall 333jil's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total deposits made by you to 333jil in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. 333jil makes no representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by You

You may close your 333jil account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance in your account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.

13.2 Closure by 333jil

333jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the Platform.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in Section 3.5.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 333jil reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 333jil, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and to both parties' satisfaction through direct communication with our support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

333jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 333jil will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 13.1.
